Mô tả công việc * Description: – We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Receptionist & Administration Officer. This position requires an employee for front desk duties such as greeting visitors and managing calls. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills to oversee administrative tasks including document management, supply coordination, and meeting support. If you are a blend of welcoming hospitality and efficient office management, we invite you to apply for this essential role in our team. * Company brief: – SCG Vietnam Co., LTD was established in 2014 to support the business of SCG subsidiaries in Vietnam and work as an in-house business consultancy. * Position brief: – The receptionist and Administration officer are often the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for providing a positive first impression of the organization. They handle various administrative tasks and assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. * Responsibilities: * Receptionist – Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors, guide guests to the meeting room – Answering Phones: Receive incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages. – Scheduling: Monitor meeting room booking system, coordinate appointments and meetings, managing meeting room for executives. – Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages. – Assisting Other Departments: Collaborate with different departments to fulfill various administrative needs.* Administration officer – Travel Arrangements: Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. – Admin expense tracking: Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices for office management services and executive’s accommodation (hotel, air ticket, car, apartment rental, office rental, phone, internet, taxi, grab…), submitting the payment to management, and preparing expense reports. – Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files of the Administration department, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility. – Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. – Assistant company to organize Company’s activities – Assisting Management: Provide administrative support to executives or managers

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – College for related fields. – English for communication – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. – Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
