Mô tả công việc – Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. – Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts in training process. – Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department. – Plan, organize, develop training materials and implement a range of training activities. – Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding. – Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments. – Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee’s skills if needed. – Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. – Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese and be able to communicate across different levels in the organization. – Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar L&D position. – Proficient in course development software and Learning Management Systems. – Proficient in Microsoft Office (both Excel and PowerPoint). – Well organized, detail-oriented, careful, proactive, and positive thinking. – Results-oriented mindset with a track record of building and implementing initiatives from scratch. – Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
