Mô tả công việc – Participate in implementing a comprehensive TPM program for automatic machines- To conduct basic research on all available machines, mostly automatic machines- Participate in special projects as required- Develop a maintenance plan for machinery and equipment- Improve machinery, equipment, working processes, and systems to optimize production resources, minimize risks/errors, improve management capacity, and reduce maintenance costs.- Prepare, monitor, and update machinery and equipment records- Manage information on technical records of machinery and equipment- Monitor the implementation of autonomous maintenance (TPM) by equipment operators- Plan and organize inspection/calibration of production equipment.- Manage inspection/calibration records of production equipment.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Graduated from University majoring in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical – Electronics, Automation, Control and Automation Engineering- Have knowledge of automation, electronics and mechanics- Proficient in using office software Excel, PPT, Visio, Cad.- Ability to think logically, synthesize report data, analyze and improve production of new products, improve and optimize performance.- Basic English communication or higher (Use English at work)
