Mô tả công việc * Support to check daily activies related to:
– Academic quiz results of new teacher
– Booking new schedule of new teacher for live technical check;
– Teaching Assistant (TA) daily report and KPI fulfillment;
– Feedback regarding teaching quality assurance activities:
+ From the teacher to TA
+ From student to teacher
+ From teacher to student
+ Teacher’s feedback via Google form (partial)
– Perform tasks in collecting/filtering database for reports
* Process, policies, and regulation:
– Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED
– Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
– Updated and make necessary reports;
– Other duties and admin tasks assigned by TQA team.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Can use English fluently in both verbal and non verbal form
– Communication Skills
– Be able to use Microsoft Office
– 3rd/4th year student majoring in English language/English Pedagogy
– IELTS Certificate (>6.0); EFtest resutl >=70 is an advantage
– Have a private laptop, microphone, headphone, camera
– Operation system: As leats MacOS: 10.9/ Windows: 10 professionnal
– Hard ware: At least RAM >= 8 GB and CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
– Proactive, highly responsible, team work spirits
– Flexible in work schedule
