Mô tả công việc – Organize recruitment activities to attract candidate (if need), in charge for order and contact with supplier design poster, panels of HR Department if need- Update the job vacancy and follow up approved headcount plan.
– Search and screen to select the most suitable candidates.
–  Contact candidates for pre-interview assessment and arrange interview with related Head of department.
– Assess candidates’ information, and check reference.
– Follow up with Head of department for interview, selection, and appointment with appropriate salary.
–  Contact successful candidates to offer the job.
– Create talent pool, send email to rejected candidates, build up relationship with headhunters.
– Maintain the latest and legalization in employees’ profile.
– Manage the fingerprint machine system.
– Prepare Weekly Recruitment Follow Up Report.
