– Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
– Advise applicants with general information about job opportunities.
– Transfer qualified applicants to the Talent Acquisition team for further evaluation and processing.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of content strategies.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Proficiency in content writing, graphic design, and video editing tools.
– Experience in content planning and strategy development.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Employer Branding or other related positions.
– Portfolio showcasing content creation skills (e.g., writing samples, design projects, video edits) is a plus.
– Intermediate English – B2 level.
