Mô tả công việc – Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability; – Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure optimal terms and conditions; – Monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations; – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their sourcing needs and objectives; – Prepare and develop a plan of new product introduction as well as internal product information and then present the to related team; – Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and best practices; – Being responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a viable business opportunity; – Ensuring the product supports the company’s overall strategy & goals; – Sourcing and meeting market needs and trends for furniture fittings and architecture hardware.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – At least a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or any other related field; – Proven experience in sourcing at trading firms and in the field of furniture; – Proven experienced in sourcing furniture fittings and architecture hardware; – Proven working experienced at similar roles; – Skilled in finding and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services; – Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; – Fluent in English communication (4 skills); – Have the abilities to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
