Mô tả công việc – Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in targeted industries, including Paints & Coatings, Personal Care, Food & Feed
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
– Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies and activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
– Travel to client sites and participate in trade shows and industry events as needed
– Provide monthly reports on sales orders and progress

– The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Advanced Materials or Specialty Chemical sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales forecasts and expanding business opportunities in targeted industries.
