Mô tả công việc – Develop and execute full funnel performance marketing strategies for clients across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. – Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget and command in ROAS and CPA. – Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results. – Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. – Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies. – Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness. – Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve established goals. – Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on performance insights. – Monitor campaign performance using data analysis tools (Such as GA, Lazada/Shopee/Tiki) and provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations. – Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to improve performance. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure client’s campaign remains competitive and effective. – Work with external partners, such as publishers and vendors, to ensure the campaign are executed effectively and efficiently.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. – Proficient in both spoken and written English. Japanese is a plus – At least 3-5 years of experience in digital ad platforms campaign management – Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance analysis and optimization. – Proven experience in running ecommerce ads, such as: CPAS, Lazada ads, Shopee Ads. – Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends. – Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
