[SCG-SCGIVN] Sales Logistics Executive

Mô tả công việc – Acquire new customers and monitor to achieve sales plan. – Prepare service level agreement and offer logistics service solutions to customers, sales contract, credit line. – Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction. – Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions. – Acquire customers’ requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers. – Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term. – Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Sales Manager and Management Team. – Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Sales Manager and Management

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/ Sales & Marketing or related field – Have at least 1-year experience in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related field – Computer skills: good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Systematic mindset to work on system – Logical thinking in problem solving – Strong presentation and interpersonal skill, willing to work as a team. – Good communication and collaboration in English – Be able for business trip
