Mô tả công việc * Sales Leadership: – Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.* Customer Engagement: – Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.* Product Knowledge: – Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of building materials and assist customers with product selection.* Team Training and Development: – Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.* Sales Strategy Implementation: – Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.* Customer Service Excellence: – Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure prompt resolution.* Reporting: – Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to overall store reporting.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết * Education:- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (preferred)..* Experience:- 3-5 years proven experience in a sales leadership role within a retail environment, preferably in building materials.* Product Knowledge:- Solid understanding of building materials, construction supplies, and related products.* Sales Skills:- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.* Leadership Skills:- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.* Customer Focus:- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.* Adaptability:- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
