Mô tả công việc – Administration of internal network system, Internet, Firewall, Wifi system, and company’s camera system. – Manage email system. – Identify, diagnose and solve problems for users’ requirements of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks,… – Coordinate with the deploying unit to administer and support users on the Microsroft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system. – Follow up on-time repair of PC computer equipment and maintenance with suppliers according to contractual agreements. – Proposing maintenance plans, service changes according to the company’s development requirements and applying IT in work.
