Mô tả công việc Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to be responsible for sale performance in assigned area, make and take care relationship with customers, develop distribution channel.Duties/ Responsibilities:- Responsible for sale performance of Distributor, retailer and contractor in assigned area- Manage, take care relationship with customers (Distributor, retailer, contractor…)- Develop and expand distribution channel in assigned area.- Gathering, analyzing information of market, competitor.- Propose action plan, program in order to driven sale performance, expand distribution network in assigned area.- Create working schedule and finish weekly/monthly/yearly report.- Manage brand image of Company.- Support to solve customer complaint within assigned area- Propose for approval and monitor rebate, promotion programs for all customers in assigned areasAssigned area:- Whole Vietnam
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Proven experience as sales executive or similar role- Priority for those who has experience in Building Materials- Priority for those who can communicate English well- Good understanding of market, consultant and persuasion skill- Good customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong planning and report skill- Comfortable on travelling nationwide- Mature and be able to work independently- Coordinate with other department
