Mô tả công việc – Track phone calls daily, receive and respond promptly to emails. Coordinate with other relevant departments; reservation department and sales office of the hotel. Provide information services to customers, meet the needs of guests.- Identify markets, track traditional hotel sources, new sources of finding guests to expand the Leisure guests market.
