Mô tả công việc – Review datasheet to make sure all results available.
– Check and insert all product photo to report template. If any missing, pls contact related testing team.
– Understand and know how to use the correct template per each test and each client.
– Update some special client requirement for report template.
– Confirm and communication to lab technician and CS to clarify all information.
– Complete input all remarks, photo, result table chem in report. Then pass to report checker for final review.
– Receive the checked report and know how to distribute the failure report and pass report per client’s requirement.
– Release the result within TAT.
– Upload report to client system. (eg: JPMA)
– Other duties upon requested

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – College or above
– At least 6 months of experience
– Good typing skills
– Good in English and Ms Office
