– Support and handle if have issue in process from Fabric/ Cut to Input order
– Working with Planning and follow master plan Order qty to make sure Cut qty to Input qty is correct and delivery input for Sewing Line on time
– Follow Master Plan and make plan for Cutting and how to control Cutting WIP
– Training, instruction for all Supervisor, worker company Policy, Buyer, Safe, 5S…
– Control Cutting quantity and Quality
– Other assignment from management team
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – At least 5 years experiences in Cutting in charge position at other garment factories.
– Strong management and problem solving
– Organize competence.
