Mô tả công việc – Monitoring production process, give corrective actions and preventive actions.- Check daily production status and as well as quality control- Try to improve productivity and quality- Ensuring a well running production in terms of machines, process and people capability- Other jobs assigned by manufacturing manager and supervisor.* Others:- To work in shifts (3 shifts) between Monday to Saturday.- Off 2 Saturdays/month- 13th salary- Training course about soft skill: Hourensou, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Production management…- Social Insurnace, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance as law- Traveling- Competitive wages.
