Mô tả công việc – Determining and confirming delivery deadlines to customers.- Giving information concerning expected changes in delivery deadlines- Creating production orders for finished products and sub-products.- Creating production plans for all groups which efficiently use available production resources.- Creating outsourcing plans for semi-products and production orders & following up.- Making required changes in the production plan- Creating/Printing Production work order.- Checking & following up production status of the production order on Symphony.- Controlling the status of realization of production orders.- Controlling outsourcing contracts & managing all aspects related to outsourcing suppliers.- Responsible for all activities related to air/sea shipment including making a packing list on ERP, container volumes, printing the product labels, supervising the loading container team.. etc.- Other tasks assigned by the manager* Benefit- Salary: 10.000.000-12.000.000- Holiday bonus.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – University Degree, Technical major or related field. – Understanding of management systems and production support – Basic understanding of ISO systems: – Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed). – Strong use of Microsoft Office. – English at intermediate level or equal. – At least 1 year of working experience in planning work – 2 years experience in manufacturing company ERP system. – Accurate, careful, hard-working
