Mô tả công việc Production Manager-food & beverage-café/milk/ cake/candy/ soft drink – Good in English
Key Responsibilities
1)   Overall in-charge of production department with experience of manufacturing café/milk/cake/ candy/ soft drink.
2)   To lead production department to achieve department KPIs.
3)   To ensure all departmental activities is in-compliance with legislation, HSE regulations, food safety requirements and company policies.
4)   Assist Operations Manager for the overall production planning and improvement activities in terms of HSE, Quality & GMP, Cost, Customer Order Fulfillment, Manpower & Capacity planning etc.
5)   Work with Planning team on production schedule to ensure on-time customer order delivery in accordance with existing production capacity.
6)   Manage the production process efficiency including close monitoring of machine OEE and downtime, and other production parameters.
7)   To identify, recommend and carry out suitable continuous improvement works to improve workflow, optimization of resources and reduce operating cost.
8)   Manage production team to achieve workforce stability and sustainability.
9)   Plan and conduct training for new and existing employees.
10) Perform other production related activities or Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibility related to HSEQMS
1)   Ensure all HSEQ procedures are adhered to/ Target 0% labor accident
2)   Lead / participant in HSEQMS system development & implementation & review.
3)   Ensure risk assessments of workplace is properly in place.
4)   Provide training and instruction to the team.
5)   To set a standard personal good example of members in the production team .

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết Requirements good in ENGLISH – LEADER SHIP SKILL is a MUST
1) Degree in food / engineering field or 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing or related discipline.
2) Minimum 5 years leadership experience in managing Production department and production planning capacity of coffee/milk/tea/ cacao/ cake.
3) Possess strong leadership with excellent problem-solving skill.
4) Result-oriented, responsible, pro-active, and initiative.
5) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6) Good in Microsoft office and email.
