I. Job Description: – Responsible for MAKEUP products (powder, blush, mascara, lipstick, etc.) – Researching industry trends and new technologies – Generating ideas for new products – Conceptualizing and briefing new products – Collaborating with manufacturing plants to produce finished products – Working with experts/users to refine products – Directing and monitoring product launch campaigns, marketing programs, sales – Adjusting/upgrading/replacing products based on user feedback – Other duties as assigned (if any).
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết II. Requirements:Mandatory: – Proficiency in English (working with foreign partners)- Passion for the industry. Experience with similar products.- Marketing mindset – Ownership of tasks + high commitment level.
Preferred candidates will have: – Interest in technology, willingness to experiment with new technologies- Extensive experience using branded/high-end products. – Candidates with experience in premium brands in the industry.
