Mô tả công việc – Responsible for detailed design, including piping route planning, skid design, and equipment design, based on basic plan and design.
– Understanding of Specification sheet, P&ID, Layout, related process documents, and structure drawing, and piping design piping.
– Work as a process designer, supporting mechanical design, managing P3D, and developing modernized engineering.
– Create P&ID by Plant3D & Engineering data under senior instruction and make RFQ.
– Prepare for equipment selection calculations, design strength calculations, design specifications, Line code and spec, and piping pressureloss calculation.
– Create Layout under senior instruction.
– Provide instructions for outsourcing.
– Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and work efficiency improvement.
– Other related tasks as ass
*** Location: Binh Thanh, HCMC.
*** Working hour: 8:00-17:45 (1 hour for lunch).
*** Process: Receiving and checking application documents -> Round 1 online test via Zoom -> Round 2 online interview via Zoom -> Round 3 face-to-face interview at the Company.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Male/female, got bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, or Biological Engineer.
– Read and understand P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram).
– Can communicate in English.
– 1 years of EPC project experience in Process, T&C positions across various industries, including water treatment, oil, and gas.
– Knowledge of hydraulic calculations, valve and pump selection, and experience in creating process documents and drawing
– Basic understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, isometric drawings, manufacturing drawings, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection.
– Familiarity with standard of materials used in structural design, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS or equivalent standards).
