Mô tả công việc – Monitor Korean client’s worldwide social media channels such as facebook, instagram, tiktok- Proactively monitor and review social media content calendars and published content to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to content monitor guidelines.- Collaborate with marketing and content creation teams to address any discrepancies.- Prepare reports on platform usage
Working time: Monday – Friday (9AM – 6PM)
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Good in English written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.- Proficiency in social media listening and monitoring tools.- Understanding of social media best practices and trends.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (relevant to content performance tracking).
