Mô tả công việc 1. Taking care of customer:
– Receive/ check customer inquiry
– Send inquiry to R&D team, follow up and push R&D to finish costing on time
– Send official quotation to customer, keep checking with customer to get feedback about quotation
– After getting customer feedback, recheck with related dept to adjust quotation if need
2. Making sample + color panel
– Receive requirement/ sample order from customer, follow up and push R&D to finish sample on time
– Follow internal testing with R&D, arrange customer come to check sample or send sample to customer. Keep checking with customer to get feedback about sample
3. Tracking production before shipment
– Receive order: Check production capacity with PMC, inform customer about our capacity
– Receive official order, send PI to customer and send PO to PMC
– Tracking production: Check customer requirement about label, carton, poly bag and transfer to purchasing, check and confirm layout/sample of label, carton, poly bag for purchasing (with customer approval – if need), Make stick label instruction for production
– Tracking with PMC about production order status to make sure shipment on time, arrange inspection date with 3rd party or custome
– Tracking shipment: Check shipping docs requirement and transfer to shipping, make CI, PL, booking request to shipping
– Check loadability and make container loading drawing, following with shipping about booking from forwarder
4. Tracking production after shipment
– Check and push shipping to send original documents to customer on time, tracking payment from customer
– Weekly update customer complain and send to QA, tracking CAP of QA and send back to customer (if need)

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lênGraduating from college or highe- Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc lại vị trí tương đương ngành nội thất At least 1-2 years of experience working in furniture industrial- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt Good command in english- Sử dụng được vi tính văn phòng Good at MS Office
