Mô tả công việc * Registration application:- Managing registration status for Cosmetic goods and supplement foods.- Controlling on registration license to apply new one or renew on time.- Working out with headquarter; MOH; Marketing team; Agency to make sure following timeline.- Crossing check with QA team to follow VN’s regulation on Cosmetic and supplement foods.- Managing test report to apply registration for supplement foods.* Costing management:- Managing application by our-shelf to reduce registration cost via agency.- Managing all registration cost via agency be more efficient.- Solving unexpected issues regarding to registration operation.* Report: – Updating the license status as well as license process weekly. – Making the settlement registration fee and expense management report.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Pharmacist degree or equivalent in the pharmaceutical industry such as Chemistry, Biology…- Have experience on registration for Cosmetic or supplement foods is a plus- Good in English, MS Office, communication, organization, negotiation, problem solving- Be Responsible, diligent, enthusiastic, careful, considerate & interpersonal, logical, patient.- Have experience on pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy chain, Supply Chain is a plus
