Mô tả công việc – Analyze current marketing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.- Work closely with the marketing team to gather requirements and understand business objectives.- Design and implement lean systems and methodologies to optimize marketing operations and drive results.- Maintain & update existing PowerApps tools & Power BI work- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to track key marketing metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and data analytics, to ensure seamless integration of all IT solutions.- Train and guide how to use lean tools for all team members.- Apply, train and drive the lean culture for all team members- 5S Implementation and maintain

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Degree or Diploma in relevant area – Overall knowledge of training and development – Lean Belt/ Lean certification is a plus – English communication skills in verbal and written
