Mô tả công việc – Managing all daily activities of OP Department in Phu my – BRVT- Logistics preparation including customs clearance, certificate and trucking arrangement…- Perform import and export account declaration on ECUS5- VNACCS software.- Prepare docs for applying CO, chemical declaration, quality inspection register…- Carry out necessary producers for customs clearance and release of goods- Coordinate with warehouse team for operation smoothly- Assign works to staff in accordance with the capacity, ability and instructions of the superior, recommend new hires if necessary.- Handle daily tasks and managing the daily/ monthly report to Manager.* Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:30, Mon~ Sat* Working location: Phu My IP, BRVT
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor graduated, under 40 years old- More than 02 years experiences at the same position or higher- Good in English- Good knowledge in export-import operation and warehouse supervision.- Have legal knowledge, business management capacity and effectively use assigned resources.
