Mô tả công việc * Construction Administration – Handles the operations and management side of construction projects. – Monitor contracts, process billing, keep track of documents, arrange project schedules, supervise workers, and check in with clients. – Working in a field office to keep a close eye on ongoing projects – Administration and monitoring of the building process * Procurement – Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. – Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors. – Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. – Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility. – Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers. – Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. – Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements. – Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. – Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory and the supply of goods. – Preparing procurement reports.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Graduated at University, major Business Administration or any relevant majors. – Compliance with Company Office Regulation, Rules, … – Specialized knowledge. – Good communication skills. – Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills. – Fluency in English – Proficient in Excel and Words. – At least 3-5 years experience in the Admin field, and 2-3 years experience in Management.
