Mô tả công việc – Creating tech packs and handling own styles from cad – sample stage whilst liaising with the relevant internal and external teams for the same- under the guidance of the direct manager
– Creating tech pack
– Handover to technical and merchandising team
– Liaising with printing/ embellishment, washing plants.
– Checking on sample whilst in process
– Reviewing final fit on dummy before being dispatched – with the Assistant Design Manager.
– Supporting the Senior Designer / Assistant Manager to ensure constant interaction and seasonal feeds are proposed to the customer on time.
– Staying updated on design trends & emerging technologies
– Liaising with & ordering fabrics / trims for the relevant season based on the seasonal proposals proactively – with the guidance of the direct manager.
– Building relationships with the suppliers (i.e. fabric trims embellishment print wash) in ensuring seasonal feeds.
– Ensuring Boardroom setups are Customer specific & the prep prior to the meeting is done – Including coordinating with factories and Merchandising teams to bring down the samples relevant for the visit – with the guidance of the direct manager.
– Excellent relationships are maintained with all internal and external parties.
– Fostering a positive & collaborative work environment within the Design team and with multiple stakeholders.
– Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
– Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. time management skills
