Mô tả công việc – Develop medium – and long – term demand plan based on statistics and enriched with all relevant inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning
– Prepare S&OP deck as well as relevant analysis to maximize business insights for decision – making
– Facilitate Demand Planning meeting
– Review historical sales trends, evaluate forecast results and carry out deep-dive analysis to improve forecast accuracy
– Deploy the consensus plan to all relevant functions, making sure that everyone is working towards the same plan
– Continuously monitor demand deviations and highlight short and medium-term risks. Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the demand plan
– Participate in assigned projects (Sales, NPD, continuous improvement).
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor degree with 2+ years of relevant working experience (or equivalent)
– Knowledge and experience with forecasting, supply chain, sales, marketing, preferably in an FMCG environment
– Knowledge of ERP- systems (preferred SAP) and MS Office (advanced)
– Good communication and influencing skills
– Being able to challenge in a constructive way while maintaining the relationship with various disciplines
– Good analytical skills and results-driven mindset
– Eager to continuously learn and improve.
