Mô tả công việc * Daily operation:** Follow up plan to finish data processing task for inbound:- Check PO/ASN, contact relevant party if PO/ASN found missing vs plan.- Track and balance stock between wms and customs system / customer’s system.- Reslove any relative issue due to damage / dirty / broken container ( truck / vehicle ), send NC ( abnormal ) report to customer if have any issue for unloading containers.- Print inbound tally sheet / inbound document before unloading inbound products.** Follow up plan to finish data processing task for outbound:- Receive sales order release to do consol and run wave for packing.- Recevice order / run wave to print picking list.- Send packing report to customer after completed packing (for shortage / overage / damaged)- Create and update Mbolkey for process Outbound documentation.- Reporting for system, data issue and following instruction from supervisor / manager to resolve system, data issue if any, follow working instrustion, SOP.- Another tasks as requirements from supervisor operations .* Project developing- Joining new project to set up operation process on testing, and deploying as request.- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.* End results – Meet customer KPI and Department KPI* Accountabilities:- Accountabilities as assignment* Working time: 5.5 days/week
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết * Education:- Diploma* Professional Qualification/Certification:- Preferrably with IT , accounting* Experience:- Have at least 1 year with relevant experience – Good at Microsoft office especially MS Excel.- Detail oriented, good at data processing task.- Ability to communicate in English by written email* Priority is given to candidates in Binh Duong
