Mô tả công việc – Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat and messaging on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, complaint, …- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.- Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.* Working Time: 24/7, 2 day off per week, arrange by team leaders * Salary: Base salary, meal allowance, skill allowance, Internet allowance, monthly KPI bonus * Benefits – SHUI, 14 Annual leave per year- Computer provided- 100% English Environment- Global training program- Annual review- 13th pay salary

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Fluency in English ( Speaking, listening, writting and reading) – working 100% English.- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Ability to take ownership and solve problems- Positive and resilient attitude- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
