Mô tả công việc – Client / affiliates liaison for all correspondence including nominated inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders.- Review the job orders/nominations from the client. – Make coordination/arrangement the job order and human resource. – Provide technical documents/client’s instruction to Inspector/Laboratory technician (documents, contact person, time/place of inspection, analysis items/ methods…). – Support Section Manager including but not limited to Preparing reports, certificates and pass to Section Manager for checking before approval by Division Manager/Technical Manager.- Send approved reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties as approved by Section Manager. – Continuous updating and filing of documents in Inspection Files including File Management Checklist and W/O book. – Support Section Manager and Division Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Manager and or Division Manager. – Conduct TG field audits for detecting non-compliance. – Complete all trainings required by the Division.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate administration activities. – Minimum 1-year- experiences in coordinator of relevant services College level or higher. – Good in English, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), confidence and good in presentation skill.
