Mô tả công việc Main tasks: Develop company compliance and internal auditor tasks including:- Make and control internal audit plan- Conduct the process audit (Improving process, etc )- Conduct the report investigation (corruption, fraud, etc)- Make and operate internal audit system- training for employees, vendors, suppliers about the ethic and report system in the company- Check and monitoring all activities of bidding, fair business with vendors, suppliers- Make and control the ethic and reward system.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Graduation in Business Management / Account / Engineering etc- More than 3 years in similar experience (prefer experience in internal auditor or compliance officer)- Ability to deliver objectives and goals- Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.- Ability to work effectively with leaders and all other levels in the organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills- Straight and strong character, good in management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.- Strong communication skill in English
