Mô tả công việc 1. Implement Customer/Consumer consultancy activities:
– Collect and report customer/consumer opinions about the Company’s products and services, receive suggestions from other departments to consider and improve the collection of customer/consumer comments.
– Implement daily customer consultation activities and cooperate with relevant departments to answer customer requests, questions and complaints in accordance with the process.
– Update information about the company’s products and services when there are changes and periodically update the content “Q&A Handbook”.
2. Implement Online/On-site Cooking Class:
– Working with other teams of Public Relations Department to organize Cooking Classes for contumers who are consumers, young mothers, retailers and members of Associations nationwide.
– Work with assigned provincial Associations to communicate and organize online / on-site Cooking Classes.
*** Work place: District 1 – HCM.
*** Working time: Monday ~ Friday, 8:00 ~ 16:45.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Male/Female, 22-30 years old, graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Public Relations or related majors.
– Fluent in English (4 skills) and Office Informatics.
– Good communication, ideation and content drafting skills.
– Ability to work in a team and independently.
– Dynamic, creative, able to travel.
– Knowledge of food and nutrition is an advantage.
