Mô tả công việc Job Scope / Position Summary/ Job Purpose:
Acting as business unit’s owner, managing one or two centers including new enrollment, Re-enrollment, operation, academic sections and cost control to develop the business in the right direction according to Company’s strategy. KPI: Sales, Renewal rate, Revenue and healthy financial figure.
Main Responsibilities/ Key Accountabilities:
1. New and Re-Enrollment:
– Leading the Program Consultant-PC (Sales Representative) and Customer Care team-CC to achieve monthly Sales and Re-enrollment target.
– Coordinating with other departments to train and motivate the PC/CC team and enable them to impress every client coming or calling to the center and win most of them on the spot.
– Managing daily sales results, enquiry sources and conversion ratio of the teams.
– Ensure the steady monthly net gain. (New student – Lost students) to grow number of students and consequently Sylvan’s market share over other brands. Working with School sales team to build up relationship with the neighboring schools, organize seasonal events with these schools to get more leads.
2. Academic Management:
– Making sure that the relationship, communicating channel between Center and Academic department smooth.
– Making sure that PC team and Academic team communicate & work together well.
– Coordinate well with Center Academic Head to equip teachers with enough hours, hence increase the teachers’ engagement and improve teaching quality.
3. Students and parent’s satisfaction:
– Ensure customer’s journey will be taken good care by not only following the customer care procedure but heart.
– Be customer-oriented to make any suggestion or take any action.
– Making sure that learning conditions are at standard, in safety and friendly.
– Making sure that students are assessed and placed to the right ability level.
– Making sure that all students’ learning history is recorded properly.
4. Operations & People Management:
– Managing the Center and ensuring smooth daily operations and delivery to students.
– In charge of Bottom line (P&L), foster the substantial growth in term of number and quality.
– Being responsible for overall look and feel of the Center, ensuring that it is consistently warm, welcoming, tidy and clean.
– Being responsible for bonds and growth of all members at center: retain and develop them in the sense of career and personal.
– Motivating and coaching Center staff to provide excellent results and service.
– Executive problem-solving skills and the ability to organize and manage workloads are required
– Ensuring the implementation of effective meeting and information sharing structures.
– Ensuring that the SYLVAN methodologies and best practices are followed at all times in order to achieve consistency with other SYLVAN centers.
– Creating and providing reports timely and accurately that track and monitor all Center KPIs.
– Cooperating to Human Resources to ensure that all people development strategies to support retention and excellent results are put in place.
– Motivating a team of people from diverse backgrounds and skills levels
– Excellent interpersonal skill – with cultural sensitivity to deal with diverse nationalities
– Other tasks as requested by BOD

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết Qualification and Experience Requirement/ Specifications:
– BA is required
– 3+ years in Sales experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
– Able to manage and work effectively with various departments.
– Results-oriented and initiative-taking.
– Used to working with targets and benchmarking success.
– Strong people management skills, Inclusive, Can-do attitude
– Fluent English
– Strong leadership skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– High integrity
