Mô tả công việc – Guide Technical team to provide technical solutions to overall manufacturing process in the plant.
– Guide Technical team to feed the sewing lines effectively.
– Implement Quick Change Over (QCO) process in the plant to minimize losses in line feeding and improve the learning curves of the styles.
– Coordinate with Sample, Production, and Quality Assurance departments on making approved samples to ensure that best production friendly methods are used for samples
– Work closely with Quality Assurance Manager to achieve required quality standards by developing, suggesting, and implementing technical solutions.
– Make sure the proper functioning of pilot run process in the plant by guiding pilot run team.
– Guide team members in making garments effectively to develop their skill level.
– Work closely with Maintenance team and suggest appropriate folders, attachments and other work aids to achieve correct quality standards and improve efficiency.
– Work with team and suggest the best method, workplace arrangement, assist and lead them in implementing.
– Involve in the productivity improvement projects by providing technical guidance.
– Manage and develop team to improve their capability, performance management. Manage and control labor absenteeism rate, labor turnover rate, disciplinary.
– Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
