Mô tả công việc – Meet client, check low, make plan, make proposal, presentation for client, arrange schedule, coordinate structure and ME, manage organization, coordinate cost, cooperate with Japanese staff, supervise site, educate other staff.- Target customers: large commercial facilities (hotels, buildings, etc.)***- Location : mainly HANOI office, sometime go to site, business trip to HCM or other.- Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon- Sat).
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – College/ University degree in Architectural Designer, Construction.- Work Experience of Architectural Designer in Construction company/ Architectural Design Office over 10 years.- Speak English well.- Experience in Construction company is more preferable.- Management skill at Construction company- Can use AUTO CAD.- Need Architectural certification grade 1 or grade 2.
