Mô tả công việc – Reconstruction of customer plans in 3D modelling software for residential and commercial construction. – Review and research Australian building code requirements, site surveying areas and analyse materials and their appropriateness for applications to building projects – Prepare 3D rendering documentation and presentation material for pre-qualifications, bids and projects – Building structural and architectural models of works with specific 3D software, serving for structural calculation of qualities. – Implementing detailed drawings of structural parts from design documents for construction – Analyses problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possible solutions – Comply the procedures as well as specific working processes of the team according to the assignment, evaluation and management from the direct supervisor – Perform to schedule requirements while maintaining a high degree of quality of work – Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned * BENEFITS: – 13th Month bonus payment. – Cash bonus KPI targets as outlined in onboarding documentation, and then each annual performance review paid in June each year. – Annual Health Check paid for and organised by Tilling Timber Representative office each year. – An annual Private Health insurance policy provided by the Tilling Timber Representative office each year. – Monthly meal allowance.
Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết – Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 3D designs or similar- 3+ years in professional 3D modelling and graphic design- 3D modeling skills using software such as Revit Architecture, ArchiCAD or similar- Proven experience with 3D design, with a strong portfolio of work- Ability to work well with international teams and customers- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Ability to understand, read, and speak English
